you’ve gotta start romanticizing your life. you gotta start believing that your morning commute is cute and fun, that every cup of coffee is the best you’ve ever had, that even the smallest and most mundane things are exciting and new. you have to, because that’s when you start truly living. that’s when you look forward to every day.
November 20th is Transgender Day of Remembrance.
Let us commemorate and remember those who died due to transphobic violence. It’s an absolute tragedy and unfair that people are victims of harassment and violence due to their gender. It’s also a reminder that marriage equality was not the only hurdle the LGBT+ community had to overcome and that the fight for a safer tomorrow is still happening. We need a safer tomorrow. Transgender people deserve to be happy and safe.
